Dashrift

Privacy Policy

This early policy explains the data Dashrift currently needs to run accounts, games, ratings, replays, and TikTok-style clip exports. A fuller legal policy will be added before a wider launch.

Data We Use

  • Account data such as username, display name, email address, password hash, profile photo, and account settings.
  • Game data such as room codes, moves, clocks, ratings, outcomes, replays, and clip export jobs.
  • Session and security data used to keep players logged in, reconnect active games, and protect the service from abuse.

Public Information

Public profiles may show your display name, handle, rating, match history, replay links, and profile photo. Leaderboards show ranked ratings and related match stats. Email addresses, password data, and private session data are never shown publicly.

Replays and Clips

Dashrift can store finished-game data so you can review moves and create short video exports. Clip jobs may keep temporary render status, output files, and error details while the export is being processed. Expired local clip files are cleaned up automatically.

Control

You can update your display name, profile photo, email address, and password from the account page. If you need an account or privacy request handled manually, contact the Dashrift operator through the official community links once they are published.
